We ship exclusively within the United States and Israel.
2. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Shipping is free on all orders going to the U.S. and Israel.
No Hidden Fees: The price you see at checkout is the final price.
3. Business Hours & Order Processing
Customer Service Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST start processing the next business day.
Processing Time: We take 1 to 3 business days to verify and prepare your order for shipment.
Weekend & Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
4. Shipping & Delivery Times
U.S. Orders:
- Carriers Used: USPS, UPS, FedEx (chosen automatically).
- Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days after your order ships.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 7 to 14 business days from order placement (processing + shipping).

Orders to Israel:
- Service: Economy International
- Transit Time: 6 to 18 business days after the order ships.
- Total Estimated Delivery: 6 to 18 business days from order placement (processing + shipping).

5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a tracking number by email within 24 to 72 hours after your order ships. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Holiday volume
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If your order is delayed, contact us and we will assist you.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Retailssup is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If this happens, please contact the carrier and notify us at Support@retailssupp.org so we can help you with the claim process.
